I love this cookbook! Made the Glazed Green Beans and Creamy Broccoli Dal last night with baked samosas from Sweet Cherubim. Incredibly easy and sooooo damn delicious.

Used unsweetened vanilla almond milk instead of soy and red wine since we don’t have sherry in the house. Tasted great.
