Cake and Commerce: Heavy cream + kefir = Cultured Butter (or, how you, too, can make kickass butter at home) This looks time-consuming but oh my god, just thinking about fresh butter on a hot baguette is making me think I have the gumption to attempt this. Where can I find one of ‘em mason jars with the beaters?
