Welcome to Neil Young & Crazy Borscht:
I recently moved to Greenpoint, Brooklyn; a neighborhood dotted with a seemingly endless number of Polish restaurants. Since then, I’ve quickly become a borscht vampire, craving the red fluid in an insatiable manner that does not cease, even when I sleep. In this stupid new blog, I intend to review each and every borscht dish in the city, while at the same time comparing them to Neil Young albums… because nothing varies in quality as much as Neil Young albums and borscht.
